Default Please Help ID These Wheels

Back in 1980, I bought a 73 Coupe. It had the wheels in the picture. I really like them and would like to find a set for the 73 I am now doing a body off on.

Sorry for the crop of the picture, but all the pictures I have left of my 73 back then are Babe pictures. Forum rules forbid Babe Pictures.

western cyclones, other companies made a version , but the westerns are every where

These were pretty similar, they were Vectors by American Racing. Again on a modified '73 in the early 80's:

This guy had a set for sale in the parts section last month. I inquired about them, but then started looking for a different vintage wheel by Western.



I got outbid on a set listed on ebay, might be a while before another set comes up.

Western Cyclones absolutely. But I put a set of ET aluminum turbine wheels on my '80. They looked very similar. Sure takes me back.

they're a bit different, superior's werent available in a real deep dish and the center caps were pressed in instead of attached with screws
btw. a nice set of vette sized western cyclones run $1400
