That camo job is so good, that the guy in the plaid shirt is still looking for it.

While lacking in good taste, it does make you wonder about the use of vinyl wrap for custom effects or stripes. I'm thinking of faux carbon fiber stipes.

I wonder how a solid color wrap would work as a quickie paint job substitute?

Hey, cut the guy some slack, will ya? It sucks having a small *****............at least, that's what I've heard.

Anyway, check this viddy out, it's about how to apply a vinyl wrap to your hood so it looks like carbon fiber. Would probably be very easy to do to a C3 'vette, but would it look good? Don't know, I'd have to see it done.

Hot Rod did a whole vehicle, but not a solid color. They detail all the pros and cons.

I am glad we could answer your stupid questions. (I would have guessed Kentucky too).

I think it was funny that the license plate is showing in this image as before where it was classified.

I've been around wraps and designed some for commercial vehicles through my work. This is not a good choice for a "paint job". Unless your car is damaged, you can spend less on a real paint job compared to an entire vehicle wrap. It's not cheap.

It was "classified" because I wanted to see if any one would guess it first. Growing up in Illinois and now living in Tennessee has shown me that there is not as much difference as stereotypes would have you believe.

AMEN!! What's the saying? Judge not lest ye be judged yourself? We're all guilty of it. I've got many tats, many are visable, and you wouldn't believe the rude comments I get. To each his/her own! Check out my signature, that's the way I feel about it!

Yes. I would. It's just another form of prejudice which for the most part is what happened with this thread.
When you get to be my age you get passed over for a job because you are over qualified which is a legal way of saying you are too old.

OK let me see. Its camouflaged, but yet it still has a racing stripe on it. Now that really doesn't make sense to me.
