Help on vette offer
I am looking at a 1981 vette with a 383 stroker approx 10,000 miles on it ten year old paint maintained well asking 12,500 also a 78 vette with a golen 383 also a ten year paint very well maintained he is asking 13900 and has been for sale over a year. This is my re entering into vette ownership since the early 80's. Any one give me an idea what these might be worth and what type of offer. I would appreciate any info out there Thank you

Those are some of the highest production years, and therefore there are a ton of them in the market. When you combine that with the fact that they are NOM's, I think they are both way overpriced.
Nobody will be able to tell you what the cars are worth without seeing the cars, from what you have described, I wouldn't even consider offering 10k for either unless it was a pristine fresh restoration.
