Default Chrome Painting (inside)

I notice on several of the chome parts i've taken off my 69 the insides are rusted badly. Would it be feesible to paint the inside of the new bumpers, and other chrome trim parts with a black truck bed liner paint? Or something else? Anybody alreadt cover this? Thanks

I washed the insides of all the bumpers etc down really good, then a quick wipe with some scotchbrite to remove anything, then wipred down with thinner and sprayed with a truck-bed liner rattlecan.
That was 4 years ago, so far seems stuck.

Hopefully nothing going on inside I don't want to know about
Maybe POR15 or one of the encapsulation paints would be better but htis seems to be ok

Get some clear por 15 and put that on the insides. Por 15 will seal the finish on the insides as it is not porrus.

Paul's Chrome shop recommended this when they sent back all my bumpers after being rechromed.
