shipping a 74 corvette

Has anyone had a car shipped from state to state? I need to ship a 74 from Michigan to New Jersey. Does anyone have a shipper they can recommend??

I shipped my 73 from Albany, NY to southern Delaware using Passport Transport. Excellent service and a great price.

It isn't that far.

Fly up Friday night, take off Saturday morning, get in Sunday night.

Have a heck of a story to tell people for the rest of your life!

If you don't want to drive it that far , rent a U Haul car hauler , they work amazingly well.
Far cheaper than shipping as well.

Crazy as it sounds I used Fed Ex from Chicago to NJ @ 8yrs back. They were very competitive and subbed out to other car carriers . I used an open car carrier. I dont know what they offer today but I'm sure you can check online.

I used Thomas Sunday Auto Transport out of New Kingstown Pennsylvania to ship my 68 coupe from Pittsburgh to Minneapolis-St. Paul in May 2011, had zero problems with the service, all they use is enclosed trailers, cost was $1085.00, 1-800-541-6601.
