If you go to a GM Performance parts website like Scoggin-Dickey and look up the "3963163" manifold, it will give you the "A" and "B" heights as it is the identical casting as the old L88 manifold.

Default Common 427 performance manifold

88 intakes are approximately 5 1/2 inches tall and is a dual plane square port manifold.....its the same manifold used on a L72 and L78 engines with out some plemun changes specifically used with the L88`s

I'm in the same boat with finding an intake for my LS-5. Can anyone suggest an alternative manifold for oval port heads and fit under my stock hood?
