Default C3 for a 1st 'vette?

Hi all, new member here in Eastern Ontario, Canada and thinking its time I got that Corvette I've lusted after since Grade 12.

Been trying to do as much research as I can from my little rural burg...and this one looks ( on the internet anyway, haha) as good as any I have seen.

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/290766901469?...#ht_867wt_1398

Anyone know the car/owner...or have an opinion? Its about a 7hr drive each way for me to have a face to face, almost a 2 days deal, so appreciate any input

One question that pops up for me...he mentions 'ceramic headers', but the photo shows what appears to be the original (?) 'rams horn' cast iron manifolds...??? Am I miss reading the text? Or is it missing headers...?

(Edit) Just got this reply from the seller:
Good question. I am posting newer pictures, hopefully today. The underside picture shows the frame without any exhaust, which was taken while putting the exhaust on 2 weeks ago. I did not get back to the shop in time to get pics of the new exhaust, but I will show what I can. The headers were still the cast iron original ones, when I took the underhood pictures. I just got the new air cleaner on yesterday, so I will post underhood pictures which will show the ceramic headers. The headers are in the Corvette Central exhaust package with Patriot block hugger ceramic headers, 2.5" piping, Magna-Flow mufflers and I added stainless steel tips.Part #s 323189, 323292, 323201.

$9300 and the reserve is not met. You might want to pass on this one.
