I don't know how to speak whatever jibber-jabber they are speaking in this commercial, but I will tell you exactly what they are saying: "We have a product/service, and you should purchase it." I mean, c'mon, it's a commercial, isn't it?

My (select your European language) is a little rusty, but I think the translation runs a bit like this:

"I don't always wear a beard, but when I do... I prefer blondes. Stay horny my freinds."
