Corvette in Canton

I was going up I-77 through Canton, Ohio today,(Saturday). I saw a business called Motion Autosports or something close to that. On the roof of the building is a Yellow 56 or 57 Corvette. The top is off and it was raining pretty hard. Seems like an odd advertisement. Is anyone here local to the Canton, Ohio area and know the story on this car? I would just like to hear more about it.

It is not a real Corvette, just a plastic mock-up advertising display.
