C3 headlight cover adjustment
Hi All,
Can anyone tell me where to find some info on adjusting the alignment of the headlight covers so when they are in the closed position the gap is even around the body (hope this makes sense).
Thanks, Colin

The hinge bearings are slightly movable, if you loosen the bolts that mount them to the body. Push 'em around till you like it, and then retighten.

Chassis Service Manual. Willcox might have a tech guide on their site.

Got a video now Mike...
The pivot spacers control left to right, the stops control the upward and downward and you'll bet a little movement out of the side pivot bolts...

think I found the answer in the service manual, if I am reading correctly, the headlight door is in the up position with the engine running for vacuum......will try it....
