I'll bite. I'm currently in Memphis, but will be moving to Houston at the beginning of the year. Is there a mailing list I could get on to keep up with the local events?

Automotive related. I currently teach Automotive Service Technology in Memphis. I've contacted San Jacinto, but there are no openings at the moment.

my father use to teach at San Jacinto, have you tried HCCC or College of the Mainland?

It doesn't look like College of the Mainland has an Automotive program, but HCC does and has an opening! Is HCC a respected school in the community?
