Front plate new bumper

I just got my car back from the body shop and theres no front plate holes in the bumper. The whole front end was replaced. So whats the best and fastest way to add some plate holes. The basic plastic inserts? Any tips on those? I have some here but before I get a drill out I want to be sure. (top or bottom holes?)

All C3s have provision for a front plate for states which require front plates. What type of front end did your body shop use?

what do you mean provision, theres no holes no nothing, its a brand new bumper cover. so I don't know whats behind it.

What year? For 75-82, the front license location was in the center of the bumper cover.

81 shown; your car would be similar.

Well yes that's there, the indentation, just no holes or plastic bushings. Whats the easiest way to install and how.
