'74 or '79 truck 454 engine built at the tonawanda new york engine plant 210-240 HP assembled november 2... a casting code and casting date would certainly narrow it down more.

From the numbers on the back, it appears to be 028 78. Not sure if the "0" is part of the number or just part of the side of the mold.
