1972 bb 454 tt
1. the original bracket for p\s pump.
does someone know what is the use for this hole of the screw?
2. does someone know what is the job of this screw place marked as number two?
3. this is the screw of p\s that should fix the p\s that wont move and the belt should be tight.
4.its the screw that was holding the old bracket not used any more.
5. original bracket for alternator.
6. the original bracket assembley on the motor before changes.
in the end my question is:
i found myself with p\s without any bracket that i can fix the p\s when im putting the belt.
my idea is to invent bracket used the two screw holding the block numbered 2 and 1.
does someone had this problem and did somethinng?

thank you to all the members that replyed my post..
The first picture was with the original bracket of the alternator, i changed the bracket to chrome bracket of SUMMIT
and thats the reason that i couldnt use the original bracket for my p\s.
however ive invented bracket that can stretch the belt for p\s.
ive used one hole in the block and one is holding the p\s.
the picture shows everything. please comment =)
