In a word... "Al Knoch". Just Google his name and you'll find his site. Use this forum for feedback about other aftermarket suppliers before making the leap. The guys here have a ton experience, both good and bad when it comes to interiors.
I got mine from a vendor on the forum. They pretty much all sell ACC brand. It is okay. The fit is great but the quality is slightly suspect. Some areas of the carpet are fairly thin (You can see through the carpet). It still looks good in the car though.
Al Knoch recovered my 68 and 70 seats (leather), installed new seat foam, installed my 68 soft top, and also built me a pair of duplicate repro headrests for my 68 (I have 69 seat backs in the 68). He had just purchased the original factory tooling to make the headrests. All top quality. I spend a day hanging out with Al and his merry men and woman at the Pomona Swap Meet about two years ago. He's a very friendly personable guy and there seems to be a lot of comradie between him and his employees.
I bought Corvette America seats on new foam. They look pretty good, but now I kinda with I would have went with the leather rather than the leather-like.

I also got my seat foam and leather like covers from CA. They turned out great and are easy to do yourself. I sit up about 2 inches higher in the car with foam that isn't 40 years old. Used the videos that are online from Corvette America to go step by step on the seats.
