Default How to replace rocker channel inserts?

I'm trying to garner as much information here for future use as I get going more on my '79 project. I'm going to need to replace the rocker channel inserts on both sides and maybe the front and back, not positive of those yet. Question is how do you do them while the body is on your body dollie? Can it be done? If there is a thread that someone has bookmarked could ya post it for me please, or if someone could give me the inside scoop on the repair.

Thanks

The way I did it was to support the body on 2 2x10's and jack stands. The 2x10 ran lengthways under the floor pans to support the body with a jackstand under the end of each one, 4 total.
That gave me unfettered access to the #2 mount pockets and rails. Pretty simple after that
