Default Mounting C3 front bumper

I'm mounting my front bumper (1979). However I have a problem with getting the most outer top nuts on and fastened (ones almost in the corner on the top).
They are in such a small place, that I don't seem to be able to get to them. What's the secret here ?

Small fingers and a 1/4" drive deep socket.
Also, make sure you have plenty of cuss words in stock before you start working. You don't want to run out of them in the middle of the job.

I have wondered the same thing. Seems impossible to get anything in there. Patience and take your time. Walk away from it if it's getting the better of you.

brake your arm between your wrist and elbow and then your hand will fit right up there. My son had to help me, long skinny arms and fingers.

Have your buddy push as hard as he can from the outside... Get your MIG out and weld a solid bead where the nut would be. Then let the next guy worry about it.

I had to have my son put the nut on there as well, but even then it was hell.

I forgot to put a threadchaser over it before I mounted it in the rest of the bolts...Well after some 4 hours of long trying I finally have got one in there.
