My buddy wasn't supposed to take this picture yesterday! He caught me redhanded (or black-handed...!) spooning with the Borg Warner T10 out of the 74'. I told him we needed a little 'private time'.

I was innocent I tell ya! Me and the T10 just got done rolling around after I undid her bolts, linkages and whatnot. I did use protection though, as evidenced by the Dupont Tyvek coveralls!

But I got my revenge, I caught him fondling the engine when I got back from lunch today. He's removing everything and tonight, we yank the motor.

BTW, I snagged a pair of the Dupont Tyvek coveralls at work, just to try them out and I'll tell you what, these things are nearly indestructable! I must've slid in and out a few dozen times from under the car and they didn't tear once! Plus, they saved my clothes from being totally thrashed, worse than they are! They held up to two days of use.

I didn't have ONE grease spot on my clothes and then, I just threw the pair away (well, not actually, I've still got to clean out the engine compartment and they'll last one more day!). They're like $4.60 apiece at PK Safety. The 2XX size will cost you an extra 0.20 and that's what I have on.

Just be careful with these coveralls. They cause your hair to grow and you will have a moustache when you crawl out from under the car as shown in the before and after pics above!!!
Kidding aside they really are worth the $.
Cool pics

This brought back ( fond ???) memories from when I worked in maintenance at the original MTD (Modern Tool and Die) plant in Parma (Cleveland) Ohio. I worked there for 34 years until they closed it. We made automotive and Corvette parts. I would ware one of those suits to crawl into a punch press to work on something, usually the lube system. The suits are tough, but they breathe a little and let press oil through. That oil smelled nasty and would never wash out of my underwear. I would have to throw them away, afterwards. I had extra underwear and work clothes at work for the occasional punch press oil or hydraulic oil bath from working on something. Lou.

Toy shops are best when they have room to play. There are so many opportunities in this thread for all sorts of innuendo... continuing with using protection when fondling hardware...
