I Thought it was a pretty nice car too. As Alan pointed out, it has rubber fuel lines, and although not correct, it is that way because of the replacement edelbrock carb. which does not have an internal fuel filter in the carb so must use an external inline filter between the fuel pump and carb. I'll bet it also has an edelbrock fuel pump which supplies the needed maximum fuel press of 6 psi. For that carb. It's not really butchered. Just not ncrs correct.
Other issues mentioned are sort of moot, for instance if the wheel trim rings are o.e.m. not reproductions could be expected to have some road rash, it's 44 yrs old. Original radio? I don't think not having the correct radio should ding the price any.
All in all it looks like a real nice car one could buy and drive. You absolutely cannot restore 1 to that level without spending a minimum of $20 k in today's dollars. That is not including any labor.
What's it worth? I have no idea but if it were mine I wouldn't let it go for less than mid $20's.
