Default 327 engine block

Can somebody decipher these numbers please.
Cast number on back of block 3782870.
Numbers on front pad. FII29S.
Date code K63
And for kicks the crank is 4577.

Thanks for any help.

It's from a '64 full size car with a Powerglide. Assembled in Flint MI on November 29th '63

Thank you for the info Mike. So it was not a special block, so no harm if the numbers on the pad get ground off when the block is decked then. correct?

99.99999 % of blocks don't 'need' decking despite what the engine shop owner will tell you- it's for their convenience only and not the engine's. Any issues they find have been their since it was first built- why do they need to be 'fixed' now?

well the block is pushing 50 years old,and it has some small pitting and scratches on it. Anyway,is there any reason to save those numbers on the pad? he can save them if need be.
