Default Plug gap

I just noticed the plug gap on my 75 is .060 and every other year before and after is .045 does anybody run this wide a gap .I know I've never set it that wide.

The tune up sticker lists the plug gap.

GM specified an .060 gap when HEI was first introduced. It was soon discovered that this lead to secondary problems such as arcing inside the cap and burning of the plug boots, so the spec was rolled back to .045"
