A/C Heater Control Issue
Everything on controller is off. Soon as I turn roller dial from off position fan comes on, even with fan speed selector switch off. Speed selector goes to Hi, it shuts off. Relays, wiring all check good. Could the fan speed switch be bad? Other than continuity check, is there another way to test?

On my 71 with a/c the fan will run on low all the time when the car ignition is on. The high speed is controlled from a separate wire that runs from the horn relay. The wire (red or orange) has a inline fuse you might check it.
That wire connects to the A/C relay that in on the heater box / evaporator box in the engine bay on the passenger side.
