Security system for a 82?
I have fixed everything that needed fixing on my 82 and the last thing is the factory alarm. It does not work... After studing my AIM I noticed the security door harness goes to three points, 1 key lock cylinder, 2 lock cylinder rod and 3 the boomerang that the lock rod and door lock rod attaches to. Now my car does not have the wire going to that?? Nor is there a place for it to go and it's that way in both doors?? The hood does not have a security switch but the AIM don't show one either and from my understanding it uses the same fender mounted horns rather than a seperate one.
