Default Finally a C3 owner

Finally received my 1974! It needs a little here and there (Tach not working, Slightly lazy lights, windows a tiny bit off alignment), but overall its in great shape!

And here's my two previous beauties which I sadly don't own anymore

Congrats on the '74 purchase! Beautiful car. Out of curiosity, what made you get rid of the other 2 generations and get a c3? Whatever the answer may be, I think your new purchase was a good one.

I sold the 85 because I was short on funds then I sold the 01' because I hardly ever drove it, and every time I did it gave me problems. I regret selling it though.

Nice! Love the early C4 too, sorry you don't have that one anymore. They're a PITA with all the electrical and start problems, but a blast to drive (my third ex-wife had a blue 87' that had a brand new blue leather interior in it, and I really liked that car!). But you'll be enjoying the black 74'. I think the mid C3's are the real bargain C3's to be had, especially the 74's, because they're closer to the 'feel' and interiors of the early C3's.

For me a vertical rear window was a must. However the firs car I ever fell in love with as a kid was a 81 coupe.

Thanks folks. Just wish the USPS didn't lose the title. Now I have a purty lawn ornament for a few more weeks.
