After almost two months, no word back from Ecklers regarding a $31 shipping charge for an 8 oz package shipped via U.S. postal. Their phone agent agreed something wasn't right and submitted a follow up as he wasn't empowered to make it right. Additionally, one of the items in that order (a 2 ounce nose emblem) was back ordered until 22May, I asked again this week and was told it will be the end of June before they receive the item from their supplier. It's interesting that it is showing on their web site as available and even on sale, yet it has been out stock and unavailable for shipping for almost 2 months. I'm sure I will get billed additional shipping and full price when it finally ships as that was its price the day it was ordered. In the mean time the shows I needed it for are over. Oh well...
