Question for Wheel Experts

According to the conversion charts, an 8" wheel with a 4" back spacing has an offset of -12mm and an 8" wheel with 0 offset has a 4.5" offset.

So which one is the OEM rally wheels for a 1969 Corvette?

Also, the GM 1969 Specifications Manal shows the offset as N.28 - what is that?

Thanks. The PDF is where I got my specs.

Why are the suppliers, WheelsforLess and Tire Rack, showing that C-3 fitment wheels are either 3.79" backspace at -18mm offset or 4.5" backspace at 0 offset? Nothing at 4" backspace on 15" wheels.

Thus my confusion.
