Cheap fix for grill
Piece was broken out of grill so got out the Gorilla glue; a wooden paint stir and cut the stir stick to fill the void and covered the whole thing with Marine-Tex epoxy putty. I'll show more pictures after the thing has dried, is sanded and painted. I can buy replacement grill if this doesn'r work but see no reason to not try this first.

Did just that yesterday, only I used regular epoxy mixed with fiberglass "fume" (fiberglass powder).
Looked fine once sanded flat. Still, since grilles seems to be made of plastic, not sure it will live up to my expectations.

Bubba and I are not so pleased with this outcome. The Marine Tex didn't want to dry and when it did was hard to sand and had to fill in with spot putty. Looks better, but I'll be ordering new pieces down the road.
