Took the 78 out
of storage. Got to work on the outside the last couple of days:
Wash: Meguires Gold
Clay bar: Auto Magic
Polish: 3M very fine finishing polish
Glaze: Meguires #7
Wax: Griots premium Canauba wax
Car was painted forest green (was black) about 16 yrs ago but still cleans up nice. Original owner didnt want any frills when he ordered.
No ac, crank windows, large tires, close ratio 4spd, 370 rear. Now it has103,000 miles on the original block. Has a cam, Magnaflow true dual exhaust, original heads & exhaust manifolds.
Anyone in the Northeast, Gillette Stadium starts their cruise nite next week. Last year over 2000 cars came one Thursday. Quite a show.
