Default cup holder

got a BUMA today after seeing the dual "cup holder around the parking brake" on ebay. made this out of interior scrapes, an old thermos cup, and a empty can of pineapple slices.

Not a problem for me. I'm used to driving cars with the steering wheel on the other side. Resting my right elbow on anything other than a door is weird.

Default cup holder/arm rest

going to fab up a insert that will have a pillow top. it'll snug in tight and be just that much taller to actually be a comfortable arm rest
as well as being a rectangle for more support. the stock piece is really a little low to be a good arm rest. won't be able to do both at once, but hey nothing is perfect. with the one on ebay i was trying to figure out how you're supposed to get two hot coffees and a big old cup holder off the parking brake when you stopped.

Default cup holder *** arm rest

[IMG][/IMG]

used the cup top as the insert for the "mushroom" arm rest, wood block, foam and vinyl for the rest. snugs in tight and feels ok. i'll chuck it in the glove box when i don't need it.
