I bought a 76 stingray and had to replace the driver side rear strut (dog bone) I put the trailing arm back the way it came out with the correct number of shims. I also changed the rear camber and shock mounts but I cannot get the wheel to set straight up and down it's fine front to back. The wheel tips out while on the ground. Again I have turned the camber as far as I can. The wheel is still out at the top is there another adjustment.? And what is the proper way to set the camber. Is the wheel up in the air or on the ground.
When lifted the wheels will tilt inward at the bottom until you roll the car "out". Then check your camber. Raise the car, mark the camber bolt before you make any change and then make slight changes.. +/- and then roll out again.

The suspension needs to 'settle' once the car is back on the ground by rolling the car a few feet.
