blown fuse I think???
I have a question the passenger window dose not work and the AC is not working ,But It did work at one time .
I used the cigarette lighter as a cell phone charger. After that the window and the AC stop working. I check the fuse and it seems to be good. What else should I look for?

I did replace all of the 15 and 25 amp Fuse's with no luck . Did I look at the right ones or not . The cut sheet that I have is not the greatest . The( O.E.M. Manual )

Silly question, but does your driver side window work? You only mentioned the pass side. If the driver window works, it cant be the fuses, or relays, but has to be the window switch or the motor.
If I recall correctly, the relay is under the console, pretty much right under the radio, and the circuit breaker should be in the engine bay, pretty on the firewall right infront of driver. It will look like this:

Use a test light to see if power is going in and out of the circuit breaker, and in and out of the relay. Again, if the problem isnt there its at the switches or the motor in the door
