quick question
Hey guys, got the body back on the frame ('81), but I have a quick question for you, I bought a new body mount kit but it didn't come with the mount for the nose of the car. I can't seem to find one at any of the suppliers and a search didn't help much either.
can I use regular body mount or is there a special one for the nose.

As far as I know there are only 8 body mounts. There are four on each side.
Behind the front wheel well
Inside the front kick panel inside the bird cage
In front of the rear wheel - accessible through a removable plate
Behind the rear wheel
A picture of this "mount for the nose of the car" would help.

I'll have to try to get one later today, there is one rubber mount in the center of the nose right behind the urethane bumper cover. it rests on the "A" shaped impact bars that support the front bumper. real hard to see unless you take the nose piece off.
