Is it just me or.......

Is it just me or are the larger wheels on the front and smaller on the rear?

I think the rear tires have more sidewall and are wider than the fronts creating an optical illusion allowing the wheel diameter to appear smaller.

that's the reason for using staggered wheels right there. if he would have went smaller in the front, they would actually look the same size

Yeah the guy advertises that they're the same size (17's). Maybe it is an illusion, the tires do look to be different sizes, larger sidewall tires in rear and small in front. Just looking at rim size from those side shots made me look twice at it. Most of the newer style wheels require different trailing arms, wheel adapters, and relocate e-brake bracket. Since he couldn't fit maybe he just slapped the rears up front and the fronts to the rear and said good enough.

3Js is right. I measured them on the photo, same size. But they sure look different.
