Default A productive Memorial Day

I know everyone is probably out barbecuing, but what a better way to spend my Memorial Day. Now I get to start my preplanned list of while I'm at its before I find all of the other while I'm at its.

"OK kid, stand there with your hands in your pockets while I do all the work"

"Almost there. Would have been nice if my driver's side lookout noticed the speedo cable was still attached to the engine...but we found out soon enough."

"Apparently the trans wasn't totally empty...or my car is bleeding"

"Victory!"

Carefully hidden in the 2nd picture...

Under the black bag is a Blueprint 383. Just to its left is a TKO500 (you can just see the "EC" in Tremec.

I'm pretty excited about the install, but I've got a couple of little things while the engine is out (heater core, headlight vacuum rehab), have to install the clutch and then I'm going to get the engine bay all cleaned up. Hope to have her on the road in a couple of weeks.

That's for sure...and it doesn't seem like it's improving too much, except maybe a bit warmer.
