Default Corvette fatality

Had a Corvette crash with a fatality here locally. The story said He was driving a 2004 Vett. Missed a corner and went airborne, hit a utility pole and ended up in a field. Story said he was thrown from vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Left behind a wife and 2 sons. He was only 47.

That is terrible news, my sympathies for his family.
You do have your share of curvy, hilly, winding roads around Dodgeville, easy to imagine going airborne.

My deepest sympathy to his family and friends but when I hear that the driver was thrown from the car all I think of was a likely ignored seat belt. Perhaps had the driver buckled up he would have just been pissed off for wrecking his car rather than being responsible for leaving a wife and kids in despair. Very sad indeed.

I never drive my car more than five feet without a seatbelt, and my two sons are the same way, thank goodness.
