Default Heater Question

After having my 71 for a month, I finally got to actually drive it today. The car is great except there's a constant light flow of hot air blowing (more like leaking) through the vents. What could cause this?

Warm air from which vents? Does your car have factory AC?

Yes on factory AC. The warm air seems to be coming mostly from the center vents above the gauge cluster.

The hot water shutoff valve might be sticking open.
