Not without serious modification to console and gauge cluster. There's no depth behind the gauges to accommodate the larger head unit (at least on my 1970). I've seen two with all custom dash and console incorporate the DD, and even one with an iPad. It seemed impossible to do so if you prefer to keep the original C3 interior intact.
