....I think that it's not real and a photo chop. If it's real, I sure like to see how the steering column and linkage work!!!

There's a transmitter/reostat in the steering column, which sends a signal to the computer which instructs a series of servos in the steering gear. This system came from a disgruntled Toyota employee!

took first place in the C3 class at the Plastic Fantastic in San Diego this year.
