I could be off, but I think the price is just a little on the high side for a coupe, provided there are no MAJOR issues that are not disclosed. That being said, this is probably why the seller is putting OBO in the sale price. Looks like a car you can probably fix a few things on right away, then drive and continue to fix up the rest as you go. Maybe you can offer 13K and meet in the middle somewhere.

the price is OBO so he would probably take 15k for it.
1. What the hell leaks so bad should be your first question
2. does the paint needs attention? a lot of cars appear to have nice paint on the pictures, new paint job would be very expensive
3. how is the interior? is it something you can live with?
4. read up the sticky about buying vettes, go check the car, take pics and post here
