Default 1978 emblems

Sorry it's been too long since they were taken off and a buddy did it.
How do the nose and side emblems connect to the car? The ones I took off (rear and L-82 emblems) had fasteners but the nose and sides don't seem to.
Anyone got input here?
Thanks

The 78 nose emblem and fender flags, were attached with double sided trim tape. They have short pins on them, but they were just there to correctly position them, on the body.

You can buy 3M (and other brand) trim tape, from most auto parts stores, but you'll have to trim it to fit your emblems.

That is the answer I was hoping for! Thanks!
