'81 Engine Oil Dipstick Replacement
Is there anything "special" about the '81 engine oil dipstick such that one of those flexible ones or even one of those chrome ones would not fit onto an '81?
I think it was with the '80 model year that the engine oil dipstick moved to the passenger side; do not see how that would cause a problem, especially with one of those flexible ones.
I broke-off the mounting tab at the spot weld and tore the tube, so no chance of fixing it.
Anyways....anyone have experience with this???
