Pulley removal...power steering pump?
Is the bolt that holds the pulley on a Torx bolt, a nut or an Allen key bolt head? And is it tightened the normal clockwise or counterclockwise because of the pulley rotation? Not having a lot of success with it.

It is a light press fit on. There is a puller and an installer tool for this that is very easy to use. They can be bought at any good automotive store or rented for free at least from Autozones.

Get the right tool otherwise you will likely destroy the pump trying to press it on any other way.
