Bleeding Brakes...
I removed the caliper from the drivers side rear and also removed the small piece of brake line. Do I need to bleed all the lines or just the one I removed?

All. A bubble can get trapped further up the line and can migrated to a different line.
To be safe do them all.

The front and back systems are separate. You only need to bleed both back calipers.

Could it migrate through the switch?

I've learned to never say never but it's highly unlikely. The biggest problem you may have is if you let the reservoir in the master cylinder get empty then you probably will have to remove the master cylinder to bench bleed it. Then you should bleed all calipers.
