Default Why?

I have seen a vett turned into a monster truck

I have seen the vett that was made to look like a lizard.

I have seen the vetts turned into vans

I have seen vetts chopped and combined with othere cars

today I have seen it all behold the glory and inspiration of Bubba

If it is powered by a 1969 "sandcast" 750K0 the engine alone (not running) is worth about 1K by itself. I can see way more in parts than the asking price in todays market. Never mind "WHY"... if it were accessible from Savannah I would be in full tilt negotiation mode on this one!

I think we have to consider the alternatives also.
What if this was a totalled 69. Or one with a fire in the engine bay,
or so much rust in the bird cage that it could not be saved.

Yet someone is still making it into a "piece" of corvette legacy.

Like it or not....people will still consider it more vette than honda.

Based on the era of the paint (or at least what's left of it) I doubt that project started life as a repairable Corvette.

I was hoping also that the front end was just beyond repair. Still...more Vette than Honda.

Keep in mind,...during the late seventies thru the eighties,...an older C-3 was just an old cheap car. They werent considered classics or collector cars.

In 1982, I bought a 1970 convertible 4spd, decent looking, running and driving car with a new top for $2,400.00. I drove it for a year and sold it for $2,100.00.

Less than an hour away from me. I'd like to buy it just so I can burn and bury it...unfortunately I'd need an enclosed trailer as I wouldn't take the risk of someone seeing me hauling it.

That back end could have been on it's way to a junk yard . . . who knows. I mean look at what happened to "Officer Murphy"

It would be nicer if it had a wide glide front end with a Harley engine.

Corvettes should be allowed to end their existence with honor. I am not sure this qualifies. Oh well, to each his own.

Its not a Corvette. Its a Corvette rear clip grafted onto a bike to make a Horror Show Big Wheel.

I know... a Blecch Wheel.

Not a whole lot different than the custom trailers people make out of loose Corvette rear clips.
