Default Jack and wheels

Hey guys,

I have a few questions about something I would like to do today. I bought some wheel detailing stuff similar to the 3 level system for detailing your car with swirl remover. I tested it out on one of my wheels and really like the results. However it is pain in the butt to be hunched over for that long. Plus, all the lugnuts really get in the way. So I am planning to take each wheel off, one at a time and do the detailing. This way I can put on a counter and get all the nooks and crannies without pain and suffering of being bent over for hours.

My questions...

1.) Is the wheel wrench pretty good at removing the lugnuts without putting scratches and scuffs in them? Is there something I can put over the nuts when I put the wrench on to minimize any damage when taking the lugnuts off and putting them back on.

2.) Is there a product I can put on the wheel after I have finished cleaning them up? Again, similar to what you do with a car; after you swirl remove you seal and then wax it.

Thanks.

When your done buffing the wheel, you can shoot it with clear coat, so it does not fade/ozidise.
