Center armrest module?

Center armrest module?
I have a 1979 c3 and as I was checking my heater switch I noticed a yellow and orange wire coming from a module in the back center of the armrest between the seats. The yellow wire was cut and capped. The haynes book I have doesnt address this. Does anyone know what that might be for?

HA HA. Thats why my antenna's not working. So if I run the yellow wire to stereo trigger that might be my fix? Just a side note. I was just working on power windows, ran battery low and from that same spot it started buzzing real loud. Is there also a low battery buzzer there to? Thanks so much
