Anybody have poor performance with any particular transducer manufacturer?
I'm looking to get this one or one like it remanned by Cardone. This particular seller , probably not.

Most of them are remaned by Cardone. I have one on my '82 now works as it should. The resume solenoid is usually the problem, you can just by pass it.

Before replacing it take it apart and clean it. Mine was just dirty and the plunger inside was stuck. The foam filter pad had deteriorated and let junk inside. I cleaned it up, replaced the filter and it has worked since (1 year.)
