Interior lights with door switch
1979 Interior lights work by manually turning interior light switch but don't work with the door switches. If one switch is bad will it stop lights from going on or would both switches have to be bad. Or is there something else that would prevent lights from coming on when door is open. HELP

Thinking along Mike's idea; if you pull out the glove box compartment, behind it you should see a small plastic orange box attached to a connector. This is your light delay timer. Remove this box from the connector, and jumper the two white wires together with a piece of wire, paper clip etc. Once done try opening and closing the doors and see if your interior lights come on.
