70 – vert – finally got my vacuum problem with the wiper door fixed and now it opens as it should. Problem is now wipers don’t turn on. I have checked the rotary on/off under the steering column and it is in the on position. I also checked it with a test light to confirm position and power at this switch. Anyone have a quick test for the motor. Do these stick? I haven’t tried the wipers in a few years. Thanks !
Go to the 2.11 mark on the first video and tell me if this is how your motor is running? If so, then go to the 3.19 mark on the second video and it will show you that the green wire running from the relay is the issue. It could be broken (test continuity from the relay connector to the wiper motor connector) or it could be the relay is defective...
Not to worry though, if you pry the cover off the relay you'll see it has a set of points. If the points **** are burned you can file these down and usually bring them back to life. If you test the electro-magnet and it works then put the cover back on the relay and try it again. If this fails, I'd replace the relay. I did a video on it too... I've posted that link below to help you if this is the problem.

Thanks for the reply. The wiper motor is not running or clicking. As I mentioned above there is power through the rotary switch under the steering column - thats as far as I got
