Define "junk." You are pretty much limited to where you can find the lights. Most vendors carry them. Are you saying you purchased a set which were junk?
@Easy Mike:
By 'junk' I mean those parts that are produced with substandard materials and procedures. I have purchased supposed 'correct fit' door trim pieces that required a really big hammer to instal and still won't stay installed.
Paragon, Willcox and Corvette Parts Worldwide seem to sell actual 'correct fit' parts.... I just want to make sure that the screw holes line up, the light sockets fit tight (but not so tight that channel locks are required), etc...
I need to replace the tail lights and backup lights on my '79.
Can anyone provide information about a descent site that sells them that aren't junk?
I have four of these from an 80 if you or anyone else is interested, genuine GM off a seldom (if ever) used race car...$50 per pair plus shipping. SEND A PM
